It is not evident from this report that the investigating officer is aware of the following cases, which by time, date, location and modus operandi appear to be related:
So, two additional cases of flaming dog poo await potential clearance, thanks to the sophisticated database and crime analysis. It did not escape my notice that the investigating officer who cleared the Glenwood Drive case is one of our K-9 handlers. Jake will be even more proud if his partner clears up two more FBI Part 1 arson offenses.

Where are the parents? These hooligans need to be taught a lesson.
Someone should short sheet their beds, put their hands in a bowl of warm water while they sleep, and stretch Saran Wrap tightly over the bowls of their toilets!
Wowza. I am having flashbacks to the movie Billy Madison! That da** poop again!!!!
Chief, you've got a full address in the third incident report.
Those dogs look kick a$$ in that canine kevlar! I have a big dog and sometimes I wish his poo was flaming because sometimes I don't realize it's there until I step in it - especially when I'm hunting for pirate treasure. OK, I added a pirate reference. It seems to be the hip thing to do on this blog!
This life of crime they are leading is going to get them no where. What next? taking bulbs out of chirstmas lights? TPing houses?
Throw the book at them, literally!
Thanks, 9:03--took care of that.
I smell a POoP project!!!!
Problem Oriented Offal Policing?
arghh mateeee, me see arggh city has gone to the dogs, arghhhh.
I think they should each be given a wedgie.
Did anyone ever find out who was blowing up the portapotties?
Hows about LPD charge the citizens(kids parents) for shenanagans like this. I know LFR charges citizens for ambulance calls(and no, I'm not suggesting that medical calls are on the same plane as poopoo). Why not LPD?? Sounds like a good method to generate revenue and will likely decline in the silly calls to the police.
The burning question I have is did anyone fall for this prank and stomp out the fire. Heeeheeeheee.
I remember doing this as a kid. Ooops I don't think that came out in my polygraph.
