I used that title
once before, but it fits this one quite well, too. I spotted this on a cart going by in the hallway at the police department, on its way to the trash bin. I set up a boatload of these trays during the 1980's for various training classes I was teaching.
I'm surprised that someone isn't buying these instead of them going to the trash!

ReplyDeleteOkay, I misspoke. Like every other piece of worn out, obsolete, or decommissioned stuff, the cart-load goes to surplus, where it is eventually either auctioned or discarded if there are no takers.
Remember, it's not a wheel; it's a carousel.
