We are getting close to the time of year when our LEO'S need our thoughts and prayers. They deal with things that ordinary workers do not. I am remembering the Christmas day (years ago) Officer down at 22nd to 23rd Q street. I think the Mayor should have the month of December as "Thank a public servant" Month. A blog again about the many challenges that your people face would be timely.
FUNKY!
ReplyDeleteWell Director, those look like the trays for the large computer magnetic tape reels. They work better than punch cards as a plant stand.
ReplyDeleteNyfty,
ReplyDeleteWell done. That fern is being elevated by the police records database for about five years in the late 1980's.

ReplyDeleteGun Nut
You might gasp if you knew the original total cost of that stack of reels.

ReplyDeleteVerification seemed to work (this time), but I'm not so sure a robot couldn't do as well as I do on some of these things.

ReplyDelete9:00,
ReplyDeleteNo doubt! I see you can now buy a 64G USB stick for $35. I wonder how many of those would be the equivalent of one of those tape reels?
